Seth Melvin, 15, who was born with a deformed leg and foot which he decided to have amputated, adjusted his prosthetic liner before his eighth grade graduation at Cornell Grade School in Cornell, Ill. Melvin accomplished one of his goals, to walk with a prosthetic to accept his diploma at graduation.
